18th of April 2017
It’s time for wedding season 2017 to begin. All of us at Wedding Yurts are super excited to be hitting the road again for more wonderful yurt weddings.
Yes, after a lovely winter of planning and preparing, we’re ready for 14 yurt weddings all around the UK and our annual Open Weekend on the 13th and 14th of May at St Pierre Park.
Our handmade yurts will be popping up in various gorgeous locations as we bring our luxury wedding packages to our lovely couples. As always, we’ll be in attendance for the week before the wedding, setting everything up and making sure everything is perfect. I will be styling and decorating the yurts and venue and then we’ll be on hand to manage the wedding day itself.
We hosted a beautiful wedding in the Suffolk countryside last year for Alice and Fraser, their beautiful wedding featured on Love my Dress yesterday, head over to see our Wedding Yurts in all their glory.
Of course, we’ve been thoroughly testing lots of delicious new cocktail recipes this winter, adding to our store of props and decorations as well and getting to know lots of great new suppliers.
You can find our twist on the 1920’s Gimlet here and our recipe for one of our all time favourite cocktails, the espresso martini can be found in the latest Spring/ Summer edition of Mr and Mrs Unique Magazine on pages 98-101 along with my 2017 styling tips.
After our first wedding, we’re going to be heading to the wonderful St Pierre Park in the Wye Valley near Chepstow for our annual Open Weekend. This really is a beautiful (and private) location surrounded by trees and when you visit, you’ll see just why this is such a perfect spot for weddings.
You will have the opportunity to view the yurts by yourselves, so you can really get a feel for the space and we’ll be on hand to talk through your plans and you’ll be able to get a sense of just what makes Wedding Yurts luxury weddings so brilliant and so memorable. In short, we recommend clearing some space in your diary right now!
The Open Weekend is by appointment only so do get in touch to book yours now. Drop me a note on firstname.lastname@example.org or call me on 07816 452080 and I can pop you in our diary. Appointments are available 10am – 6pm and we can’t wait to see you there.
In the meantime, do make sure you’re following me on Instagram. I’ll be sharing all our adventures from wedding season 2017 there.
